摘要
应用弹塑性理论对管材弯曲矫正过程进行了分析,对矫正过程中的各曲率值进行了定量计算,在保证矫正质量的基础上,提出了确定管轴反弯曲线曲率的方法。
Applying plastoelastic theory, the authors make analysis and quantitative calculatioe of the varied curvature of the bending straightening process for steel pipe. Based on the analysis, the method of determining curvature of the inversed bending curve of the axis of the straightened pipe is put forward, with which straightening quality is guaranteed in the first place.
