摘要 目的介绍超临界流体分离技术的原理、过程和特点,以及近年来在选择性萃取分离中药活性成分中的研究概况。方法综合最新国内外研究报道,总结超临界流体分离技术的研究近况。结果与结论超临界流体分离技术应用于选择性萃取分离中药中活性成分的研究发展迅速、意义重大。 Objective To introduce the principle, process and features of the supercritical fluid fractionation and the recent research survey on the selective extraction of active components from traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). Methods Combining with the latest research reports at home and abroad, to summarize the recent research status of the supercritical fluid fraetionation. Results It is growing rapidly that the supercritical fluid fraetionation is applied to the selective extraction and separation of active components from TCM. Conclusion The advance in the development of the supercritical fluid fractionation has shown much significance for the applications on the extraction and separation of active components from TCM.
