摘要
目的探索历代众多半夏曲的处方及炮制方法与功效、临床应用的关系。方法查阅古籍与现代文献,对比半夏曲的处方差异及不同炮制方法与其功效的关系。结果半夏制曲后可以减毒增效,且具有曲类共有的消食化积功效;半夏曲的功效与组方药物有很大关系;不同半夏炮制品的使用并不改变半夏曲的功效。结论半夏曲的功效与处方药物有很大关系,但发酵的确切作用还有待进一步研究。
Objective To explore many prescriptions of Banxiaqu in the past dynasties and the relation of the processing methods with the effectiveness and clinical application. Methods To compare the prescriptions differences of Banxiaqu and to analyze the relation of different processing methods with the effectiveness by consulting large number of ancient and modern literature. Results Pinellia may attenuate toxicity and improve efficacy after leaven- mading, and have the effectiveness of promoting digestion and relieving stasis as the common characteristics of leaven. The effectiveness of Banxiaqu is closely related with the prescription drugs. The use of different processed products does not change the effectiveness of Banxiaqu. Conclusion The effectiveness of Banxiaqu has great relation with the prescription drugs, but the exact role of fermentation needs to be studied further.
