摘要
目的简化改良微血管灌注的技术方法,制作出更加适合于临床科研的科研材料。方法选取动物实验中心实验用小鼠,行动脉灌注、成型、腐蚀、修洁、封装、保存。结果该法制作的微血管铸型使复杂的血管系统立体构筑能够清晰地显露,供临床科研研究和设计。结论临床科研的动物实验研究,需要熟悉了解和掌握有关实验动物的血管分布,以改进动物实验方法和操作技术以及临床动物模型的建立,对有效开展临床科研工作具有重要指导价值。
Objective To simplify and improve the technical methods for microvascular perfusion, and to manufacture more materials of science study for clinical research. Methods Selected experimental mice from the Animal Experimental Center, and conducted intrarterial, molding, corrosion, fixing, packaging and conservation. Results This microvascular cast could cause the three-dimensional frame of the perplexed vascular system clearly exposed, which might also provide us the clinical research and design. Conclusion Animal experimental study of clinical research demands predominating vascular distribution of experimental animals. On this account, the methods of animal experiment and clinical animal models can be improved. There are important values for sciencs research in clinic.
