摘要
采用热重分析法研究了异种耐热钢焊接接头各区域热腐蚀动力学,对腐蚀产物的形貌和成分用扫描电子显微镜+能谱仪进行了观察和测试。基于本实验结果,分析了Cl和SO2-4在热腐蚀中的作用,以及温度和盐成分对热腐蚀行为的影响。具有实际意义的结果是:异种耐热钢焊接接头中遭受热腐蚀最严重的部位是熔合区。
The dynamics of hot corrosion of dissimilar heat resisting steel weldments was studied by weight gain during the corrosion.The micrographs and compositions of surface corrosion products were analysed using Scanning Electron Microscope +Energy Dispersive Spectrummeter.The actions of Cl and SO2-4 on hot corrosion of the dissimilar steel weldments,as well as the effect of temperature and compositions of the salt mixture on the corrosion behavior were discussed based on the experimental results.It was found that the fusion zone suffered from the most serious hot corrosion in the dissimilar heatresistins steel weldments.
