摘要
分析了接触迹对齿轮副啮合性能的影响及其之间的关系。对生产中广泛应用的格里森计算程序进行了改进,通过比例修正实现了齿面接触性能的预控,最后对内对角接触与常规设计的齿轮副啮合性能进行了对比试验。实验证明,接触迹采用内对角设计能够有效地改进齿轮副的动态啮合性能。
It is studied on the influence of contact path on meshing behavior of gears and their mutual relationship.The program of Gleason using widely in the manufacturing has been improved on achieving the pre-control of the behavior of tooth contact by using the proportional modification.Finally the comparison experiments on the meshing behavior of the conventional design and the bias-in one are done.It are concluded that the design using in-in of contact path can improve the dynamic meshing performance of gears.
