摘要
学生评教作为教育教学质量评价和保障体系中不可或缺的一个子系统而备受关注。但是在学校普遍实施的过程中,管理的本位主义却导致了评教的实践结果与评教初衷严重偏离。为此,学生评教工作应尽快走出管理主义的误区,探索构建"以人为本"的学生评教体系,推动教与学的和谐发展。
Student evaluation of teaching receives more and more wide attention, which is an important subsystem in the system of teaching quality appraisal and indemnity. However, it bases on management in fact which results in badly practice effects. So, we should avoid this mistake, and construct student evaluation system of teaching based on people - oriented to promote the harmonious development of teaching and learning.
