摘要
目的:对西藏产三指雪莲花Saussurea tridactyla Sch.-Bip.ex Hook.f.全草进行化学成分研究。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱法进行分离纯化,通过波谱解析进行结构鉴定。结果:从该藏药材乙醇提取物中分离得到7个化合物,分别鉴定为b-谷甾醇(1)、芹菜素(2)、木樨草素(3)、芹菜素-7-O-b-D-葡萄糖苷(4)、木樨草素-7-O-b-D-葡萄糖苷(5)、槲皮素-3-O-b-D-葡萄糖苷(6)和紫丁香苷(7)。结论:化合物6系首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To investigate the chemical constituents from the whole plant of Saussurea tridactyla Sch.-Bip. ex Hook. L Method: The ethanol extract of S. tridaetyla was separated by means of silica gel chromatography. The compounds isolated from the plant were identified by their spectral evidence. Result: Seven compounds were isolated and identified as 13-stiosterol (1) , apigenin (2) , luteolin (3) , apigenin7-O-b-D-glucoside (4) , luteolin 7-O-b-D-glucoside (5) , quercetin 3-O-b-D-glucoside (6) and syringin (7) . Conclusion: Compounds 6 were isolated from S, tridactyla for the first time.
