摘要
在研究了国内外无氟连铸结晶器保护渣发展状况的基础上,优化实验配方,对无氟保护渣的熔化温度、熔化速度和粘度进行了实验研究。通过与传统的板坯连铸保护渣系的对比,实验结果完全满足现代板坯连铸的工艺要求。
Based on study of development condition of fluorine-free continuous casting mold powder, the experimental formula was optimized. The melting temperature, melting rate and viscosity of fluoride-free mold powder were studied. Compared with the powder of traditional slab continuous casting, the experimental results have been fully met the requirements of the modern slab continuous casting process.
