摘要
采用五光纤特殊排列方式，研制了全自动补偿光纤二自由度传感探测器分析了二自由度的探测方法，给出了可能的结构排列方案理论上，给出了探测响应函数。
The automatic compensated 2 D fiber optic sensing probe with the particular structure is designed in this paper.The 2 D detecting method is analyzed.The possible structures of 5 fiber optic sensing probe are discussed.Theoretically,the sensing response functions are given and compared with experimental results.It is shown that this kind optic sensors can be used in two dimensional non contact measuring system.
