摘要
维护高校稳定是我国经济社会发展的需要,也是保持高校各项事业健康发展的重要保证。本文通过问卷调查分析了影响当前高校学生稳定工作的相关因素,提出了确保学生稳定工作的对策与措施。
The maintenance of stability in colleges and universities are our country＇s economic and social development needs, but also can maintain the healthy development of colleges and universities an important guarantee. In this paper, the survey analyzed the stability of the impact of current college students for job-related factors,a stable job to ensure that students strategies and measures.
