摘要
雷德朋作为汽车时代第一城,其道路交通规划思想曾被认为是现代依赖小汽车的土地开发模式的先驱。通过对雷德朋体系规划思想的历史追溯,回顾了其规划思想产生的背景,提出的规划目标和对应的规划方法,在此基础上对规划思想的整体性优点进行了分析,在总结其提出的分级道路系统和人车分流体系特点的同时也指出其历史局限性,并根据上述分析重新评价了雷德朋体系合理的历史定位。为当前发展以公共交通为导向和强调多种交通模式相融合的道路交通规划新思想提供借鉴。
As the first town for the motor age, Radburn has ever been thought as the cornerstone of auto-dependent development which is dominant in the past half century. Based on a review of the process of Radburn' s road and traffic planning, this paper firstly points out the backgrounds, objects and methods of Radburn Idea, then analyzes its advantages of street hierarchy system and separation between vehicles and pedestrians, at the same time its disadvantages caused by limitation of history also be summed up. Finally, a proper evaluation of its historical status also be put forward based on former analysis. These results may be used for references to set up a new theory of road and traffic planning which focuses on transit-oriented development and multimodal approach.
