摘要 神经元再生已受到越来越多学科的重视。要减少脑中风后遗症和脑脊髓外伤等所致的残疾,关键是实现神经元再生,修复受损的神经网络环路。在神经元再生过程中,γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)受体和N-甲基-D-天门冬氨酸(NMDA)受体起着十分重要的作用。一些麻醉药物正是通过与GABA受体和NMDA受体结合起麻醉作用的。本文就麻醉药物影响神经元再生的研究进展进行综述。 More and more subjects pay attention to neurogenesis. To decrease the disability suffered from cerebral stroke and marrowbrain's trauma, the most important method is to enhance neurogenesis which can repair the impaired neural networks. Gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) receptor and N-methyl-D- aspartate (NMDA) receptor play very important roles in neurogenesis. Some anesthetic drugs create anes- thetic effect by combining with GABA receptor and NMDA receptor. This paper reviews the current progress of anesthetic drug's effect on neurogenesis.
