摘要
疫苗在预防与控制人类传染性疾病方面作出了卓越的贡献,被广泛使用的同时其不良反应也日益暴露。因此,疫苗的不良反应及监测成为了医疗卫生事业关注的一个新的焦点。本文分析了造成疫苗不良反应的原因,总结了其不良反应的各种临床表现,并结合实际疫苗不良反应监测工作,建立了较完善的疫苗不良反应监测系统。
Vaccine had making a predominate contribution in preventing and controling the infections of human,but its adverse reaction had also been discovered increasingly by it using more popularly, so the adverse reaction of vaccine and its monitoring have been focused by the commonality sanitations. In this paper we anlyze the reasons of the adverse reaction which was caused by vaccine, sumrize the clinic behaves of adverse reaction, and combine with the instance of our company done with the work of adverse reaction,base up a good systerm in monitoring the adverse reaction of vaccine.
