摘要
以紫斑牡丹的6个品种为试材,对这些品种的抗寒生理进行测定和比较。结果表明:不同品种的紫斑牡丹在低温胁迫表现的生理反应不同,即:随着温度的降低,叶片的相对电导率变大,MDA含量表现出先降后升趋势,可溶性糖含量呈明显上升趋势,而脯氨酸含量的变化则略有差异。通过运用隶属函数对紫斑牡丹6个品种的抗寒性进行综合评价,得出其抗寒性的强弱顺序为:玫瑰红>和平莲>红莲>紫楼闪金>紫冠玉珠>青春。
The study chose introduced varieties of paeonia rockii as the test materials, the cold resistant physiology was studied and compared. The results showed that the different variety of Paeonia rockll appeared the different physiological reaction under the low temperature coercion: with the decreasing of the temperature,leaf blades relative conductivity fillout,the change trend of the content of MDA was "low-high", soluble sugar content became higher and higher,and the proliue content's change slightly had the difference. Membership functions through the use of 6 types of Paeonia rockll to conduct a comprehensive evaluation can draw strength in the order of the cold : Meiguihong 〉 Hepinglian 〉 Honglian 〉 Ziloushanjin 〉 Ziguanyuzhu 〉 Qingehun.
