摘要
[目的]为饲料企业调整饲料配方提供参考。[方法]以方正鲫鱼为试材,分别给其投喂不同的饲料(A:用3%的脂肪取代B中6%的蛋白质;B:蛋白质37%、脂肪6%、能量16.2 MJ/kg;C:用6%的蛋白质取代B中3%的脂肪),比较不同试验组鲫鱼的生长性能、形态指标、鱼体成分和血清非特异性指标等。[结果]A组鲫鱼的特定生长率、粗蛋白含量和每500 g鱼饲料成本分别较B组降低了3.21%、8.64%和4.63%(P<0.01),饲料系数较B组提高了5.00%(P<0.01);C组鲫鱼鱼体水分、鱼血清谷草转氨酶(AST)活力和每500 g鱼饲料成本分别较B组提高了1.41%、17.38%和9.24%(P<0.01)。[结论]A饲料降低了鲫鱼的生长性能,C饲料对鲫鱼的生长性能无显著影响,但增加了鲫鱼的生产成本。
[ Objective ] The study was to provide the reference for feed formula adjustment for feed enterprise. [ Method ] With founder crucian carps as the tested materials, they were given different feed ( A :3% fat in B was replaced by 6% protein ; B : protein of 37%, fat of 6% , energy of 16.2 MJ/kg; C :6% protein in B was replaced by 3 % fat), the growth performance, morphological index, body compositions and serum nonspecific indexes of crucian carps in different groups were compared. [ Result] The specific growth rate and crude protein content of crueian carp and the cost per 500 g crucian carp in group A were decreased by 3.21% ,8.64% and 4.63% ( P 〈 0. 01 ) than those of crueian carps in group B resp. , but feed coefficient of group A was increased by 5.00% (P 〈 0. 01 )than that of group B. The body moisture and serum aspartate aminotransferase (AST) activity of crueian carp and the cost per 500 g crucian carp in group C were increased by 1.41% , 17.38% and 9.24% (P 〈 0.01 )than those of crucian carps in group B resp.. [ Conclusion] Feed A decreased growth performance of crucian carp. Feed C had no signifieant effect on growth performance of crucian carp, but increased the production cost of erucian carp.
