摘要
介绍气体辅助注射成型技术的原理和应用,分析汽车尾门饰件结构,并对其进行优化设计。对尾门饰件气体辅助注射成型模具进行了设计,并对制品进行了实际生产应用。
The principle and application of gas-assisted injection molding technology were introduced. The structure of automobile tail gate garnish was analysed and optimal designed. The mold of tail gate garnish was designed and the parts were put into production.
