摘要
分析了炉膛床压降对循环流化床(CFB)燃煤锅炉性能的影响,提出了基于流态重构的低床压降节能型CFB锅炉的设计理论和方法,形成了节能型CFB锅炉的全套设计导则,完成了节能型CFB锅炉的产品结构设计.首台75 t/h低能耗产品在山西离石大土河热电厂已运行2年,运行结果及测试数据均表明:节能型CFB锅炉在优化床压降下运行可以获得最佳的燃烧效率,并能最大程度减轻受热面磨损及降低风机能耗.
The influence of furnace bed pressure drop on the performance of circulating fluidized bed coalfired boiler was analyzed, and the design theory and method were proposed for the energy saving circulating fluidized bed boiler with low bed pressure drop on the basis of fluidization reconstruction. A complete set of design guide for the energy saving circulating fluidized bed boiler was formed, and the product structural design of the energy saving circulating fluidized bed boiler was completed. The first set of 75 t/h product with low energy consumption has been in operation in Shanxi Lishi Datuhe Cogeneration Power Plant for 2 years. The operational results and test data indicate that, the optimum combustion efficiency of the energy saving circulating fluidized bed boiler can be obtained under the condition with optimum bed pressure drop. At the same time, the abrasion of the heating surface and energy consumption of the fans can be decreased to the maximum extent.
