摘要
对燃气锅炉空气预热器换热管束的腐蚀特征和腐蚀机理进行了分析,认为空气预热器发生腐蚀的主要原因是含硫燃料在低负荷运行时的低温露点酸腐蚀,并介绍了耐蚀性能优异的搪瓷材料在空预器防腐改造中的应用。
An analysis was performed of the corrosion characteristics and corrosion mechanism of the heat ex- change pipe bundles of the air preheaters of gas boilers, it was concluded that the major corrosion cause of the air preheaters was the low temperature dew point acid corrosion of the fuel containing sulfur in low load opera- tion, and the application of enamel material with excellent corrosion resistance in the corrosion resistant retrofit of the air preheaters was presented.
