对照分析双源CT冠状动脉成像的临床应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨双源CT冠状动脉成像在冠心病诊断中的临床应用价值。方法261例患者行DSCT冠状动脉成像,分析各血管节段图像的可评估率和影响成像质量的因素;其中30例患者于1周内行导管法冠状动脉造影对照,分析双源CT冠状动脉成像诊断冠状动脉狭窄性病变的敏感性、特异性和准确率。结果1.双源CT冠状动脉成像,能够清晰显示冠状动脉解剖结构各主干及其主要分支,可评价血管比例为97.0%。2.30例患者经与常规冠状动脉造影对照,双源CT冠状动脉成像诊断严重狭窄的敏感性98.1%,特异度99.2%,阳性预测值94.4%,阴性预测值99.4%,准确率为99.3%。结论双源CT冠状动脉成像作为无创影像学诊断技术,对冠状动脉的形态学评价及狭窄性病变的诊断具有较高的临床价值。 Objective To explore the clinical significance of the dual-source CT (DSCT) coronary angiography in coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods 261 patients underwent DSCT. The image quality of coronary artery segment,and the factors which could influence the image quality were analyzed.30 patients were compared with conventional coronary angiography(CAG) within a week. Results 1. Coronary artery anatomy structures of the coronary artery branchs and part sub-branchs were clearly displayed by DSCT coronary arteriography. 2. The diagnosis sensitivity of coronary artery stenosis was 98.1%,specificity was 99.2%,positive predictive value was 94.4%, negetive predictive value rate was 99.4%,and accuracy rate was 99.3%. Conclusion As a noninvasive teehnique,DSCT coronary arteriography is suitable for the evaluation of coronary artery dissection and stenosis.
