摘要
简述一种基于非色散红外吸收原理的甲烷气体浓度检测仪。引入参考通道对测量结果进行修正,使精度和稳定性明显提高。分析外界光照以及温度对传感器产生的影响,并提出有效的解决方法,使该浓度检测仪广泛适用于井下作业。
A new instrumentation for Methane Concentration Detecting operating on the principle of non-dispersive infrared spectroscopy (NDIR) is presented. A reference channel is used to correct the measurement for reaching high precision criteria and for enhancing long-term stability. Disturbances from IR radiation and temperature from the outside have been analyzed and solved which makes the instrumentation could be widely used in down-hole operation.
