摘要
目的建立气相色谱法测定丁香油中丁香酚含量的方法。方法以PEG-20M弹性石英毛细管柱(25m×0.20mm×0.33μm)为固定相,FID检测器,柱温175℃,载气为氮气,流速1ml.min-1。结果丁香酚进样量在0.2054μg~2.054μg范围内,其峰面积对其进样量呈良好线性关系。Y=0.9107X-0.625.10-4,r=0.9998,加样回收率为99.62%,RSD为1.23%(n=9)。结论该方法灵敏、简便,结果准确可靠,可作为控制丁香油质量的方法。
Objective To establish quantitative determination method of eugenol in clove oil by gas chromatog- raphy. Methods Using GC with capillary column PEG -20M (25m×0.20mm×0.33μm), FID detector, temp. 175℃. Nitrogen was used as carrier gas,the flow rate was lml · min-1. Results The results showed a good linearity in the range of 0. 2054μg - 2. 054μg, Y = 0. 9107X - 0. 625 - 10 -4, r = O. 9998. The x:ecovery was 99.62% and RSD was 1.23%. Conclusion The method is sensitive, simple, dependable and accurate. It can be use to control the quality of Clove oil.
