摘要
目的探讨同指指动脉逆行岛状皮瓣修复术的护理方法。方法对施行同指指动脉逆行岛状皮瓣修复术的患者采用术前和术后的护理后,观察患者术后恢复情况,从而总结出对患者恢复最有利的护理方法。结果经过术前的常规心理护理和术后的保暖、观察末梢血供、预防感染解除疼痛等护理后,患者皮瓣均存活,血供良好。结论通过对患者进行全方位的护理治疗,可以大大提高同指指动脉逆行岛状皮瓣修复指腹缺损的成功率。
Puspose To explore the nurse method of the arteria digitalis reverse island skin flap prosthesis from the same finger. Methods After the postoperative and Preoperative nursing about the patients who had the arteria digitalis reverse island skin flap prosthesis from the same finger. We observed the information of postoperative re- covery. As a result,we draw a conclusion about the best method to nurse these patients. Results After the postoper- ative mental nursing and Preoperative nursing such as keep warm. observing peripheral blood, infection prevention and relieving soreness, all of the skin flap survived with a perfect peripheral blood. Conclusion By the＂ careful nurs- ing, we can greatly raised the achievement ratio of the arteria digitalis reverse island skin flap prosthesis from the same finger.
