摘要
从我国云南及重庆地区采集62份药用植物根际土样,采用多种选择性分离培养基,4种预处理方法,分离得到959株根际放线菌。所得放线菌菌株经发酵和多种筛选模型检测,显示出多种生物活性,初筛总阳性率达31%。根据菌株形态特征并结合代谢产物的生物活性,从中挑选出77株菌进行16SrRNA基因检测,发现其分属于17个不同的放线菌属,充分显示出药用植物根际放线菌的生物多样性。
A total of 959 strains belong to rhizosphere actinomycete were isolated from 62 rhizosphere soil samples of medicinal plant collected from Yunnan province and Chongqing area with selective isolation methods. The results of preliminary research showed that the bioactivity of these rhizosphere actinomyeetes is various and the total positive reached 31%. Of 77 strains among them were selected according to their morphological characteristics and bioactivities to determine their taxonomic position. Phylogenetic analysis based on 16S rRNA gene sequences indicated that the 77 strains belong to 17 genera. The results obtained showed that biodiversity of rhizosphere microbes of medicinal plant is very abundant.
