摘要
本文总结了1991年以来收治的9例创伤性膈疝病例，进行回顾性分析，对其诊断与治疗进行探讨．结果认为要充分重视胸腹结合部的损伤，对胸腹结合部损伤的病例，必须高度重视创伤性膈疝的诊断．胸部X线平片是主要诊断手段，如无特殊禁忌，手术治疗为首选，疝入空腔脏器者应紧急手术．
Nine cases of traumatic diaphragmatic hernia hernia hospitalized from 1991 to 1997 were summarized and analyzed in retrospect the diagnosis and therapy were discussed．The injury of connection of chest and abdomen should be stressed, the diagnosis of traumatic diaphragmatic hernia must be emphasized especially in the cases of traumatic diaphragmatic hernia．X ray film of chest is main viscus，operation should be done immediately．
