摘要
在现代健康模式转变过程中,护理专业在造福人类健康事业中的作用也日益被人们所认识,护理照顾在很多方面已经被证实是人类健康照顾的核心。目前全球存在护理人力资源供需匹配、配置效率和资源质量严重不足,这些对护理质量产生较大影响。护理工作环境、人员的合理配置和护士的健康问题应引起起更多的关注。本文主要从护理人力资源定义,护理人力资源配置现况、存在问题,人力资源配置方法,护理人力资源管理等方面进行综述。
In the modern process of health care professionals, the role of the nursing was recognized increasingly. In many ways, nursing care had been proved to be the core of human health care. The existence problems of the current global nursing human resources including match supply and demand, allocation efficiency, and the quality of a serious shortage of resources had a greater impact on quality of nursing. Nursing work environment, the rational allocation of staff and nurses from health problems should be more attention. In this paper, the definition of human resources from the care, nursing status of human resource allocation, human resource allocation method, nursing human resources management were reviewed.
