摘要
目的探讨模拟考核在临床护理教学中应用的成效。方法选择2006年7月至2007年6月在骨科实习的护生78人,按学历层次随机分为两组,实验组护生入科先进行模拟考试,对照组用传统的带教方式带教,比较转科前两组护生理论及操作考核成绩。结果实验护生转科考核成绩明显优于对照组护生的成绩。结论模拟考核在临床护理教学中应用有良好的教学效果,值得推广应用。
Objective To study the teaching effect of mock examination in clinical nursing practical teaching. Methods Nursing students ( n = 78) in department of orthopaedics from July 2006 to June 2007 were studied. According to the academic career, the nursing students were divided into 2 groups by random. The nursing students in study group had a mock examination first and control group had a conventional teaching mode. The theoretical and practical examination scores of two groups were compared in this study. Results The scores of study group were significantly better than those of the control group. Conclusions The mock examination in clinical nursing practical teaching has a good teaching effect and should he spread in clinical nursing practical teaching.
