摘要
目的观察股骨粗隆间骨折患者加压滑动鹅颈钉(DHS)术后早期使用股四针(梁丘、犊鼻、伏兔、足三里)加电促进患者康复的临床疗效。方法研究者采用随机,单盲对照的研究方法,选取试验组(股四针加电治疗组),对照组(非针灸治疗组)各30例,通过对局部疼痛的变化、大腿周径的变化、患肢肌力、首次下地时间、X片变化等指标进行临床疗效评价。结果试验组较之对照组在减轻局部疼痛,消除患肢肿胀,促进患肢肌力恢复,缩短下地时间方面有明显促进作用(P<0.05),有显著性差异。术后四周X片变化对比(P>0.05),无显著性差异。结论股骨粗隆间骨折加压滑动鹅颈钉(DHS)术后早期使用股四针加电能明显促进患者减轻局部疼痛,消除患肢肿胀,促进患肢肌力恢复,缩短下地时间,但术后四周X片变化未能提示股四针加电对骨折愈合有明显促进作用。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of power acupuncturing in four points on thigh （fiangqiu, dubi, futu and zusanli）early-stage rehabilitation promotion treatment on Femoral intertrochanteric fracture patient after DHS operation. Methods By adopting the research methods of random sampling and single-blind control, the researcher selected an experimental group （power acupuncturing in four points on thigh treatment group）and a reference group with thirty patients respectively, and conducted the clinic efficacy assessment by comparing the indicators of change in fractional pain, change in thigh circumference, injured limb mus- cle strength, first walking time, change in X-ray and so forth. Results Compared to the reference group, the experimental group was significantly more efficient in fractional pain relief, injured limb swelling elimination, injured limb muscle strength restoration, and first walking time advancement （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, and the difference was prominent. By comparing the X-ray photos four weeks after operation（ P 〉 0. 05 ）, no significant difference was observed. Conclusion The power acupuncturing in four points on thigh early-stage rehabilitation promotion treatment on Femoral intertrochanteric fracture patient after DHS operation could significantly facilitate fractional pain relief, injured limb swelling elimination, injured limb muscle strength restoration, and first walking time advancement（P 〈 0.05 ） ;however, the changes in the X-ray photos four weeks after operation indicated no significant facilitation of the power acupuncturing in four points on thigh to the heal of fracture.
