摘要
中国社会和组织中,圈子现象与差序格局普遍存在,深刻影响着个体行为、人际互动规则以及各类工作团队与组织的绩效。本文基于对81个工作团队的追踪数据,研究团队差序氛围的形成与影响。回归分析发现,如果工作团队中不同成员的政治技能水平差异越大,则团队差序氛围越浓重;在任务相互依赖程度较高的团队中,差序氛围相对淡漠,团队任务相依性负向影响团队差序氛围;在差序氛围浓重的团队中,团队合作与团队凝聚力受到负向影响,最终损害团队绩效。
The narrow social circles and the 'error routine', prevailing in China’s society and organizations, profoundly impact on individual behaviors, the rules of interpersonal interactions, and the performance of various working teams and organizations. Based on the longitudinal data collected from 81 work teams, we have, in this paper, studied the formation and the effect of the atmosphere of the 'Error Routine' of the Work Team (TAOTEROTWT). The results of our regression analysis reveal that the greater the difference in the political and technical ability of different members of the work team, the stronger TAOTEROTWT, that, in the work teams in which the degree of the interdependence of members in fulfilling tasks, TAOTEROTWT is relatively weak, that this interdependence affects TAOTEROTWT in the opposite direction, and that, in the work team with intensive TAOTEROTWT, the team cooperation and cohesion will be negatively affected, which will finally leads to decreasing the performance of the team.
