摘要
目的:探讨实施人性化护理管理模式在传染科病房中的应用与效果。方法:对我科制定的护理服务流程、拓展服务项目、加强主动服务意识、营造人性化环境、满足患者的基本需求以及定期反馈患者与家属的意见等措施,进行了分析总结。结果:把以"病人为中心"做为人性化护理工作的核心,不仅改变了以往不适应的护理工作程序,而且也真正体现了人性化护理对病人的关心和在临床中的意义。结论:实施人性化护理,可提高护理质量和患者的满意度,增强护士的服务意识与主动意识,减少护理纠纷。
Objective:To discuss the application and effect of human-based nursing in the Contagion section ward. Methods:To analyze and summarize the nurse service flow and development service items, to strengthen the initiative service consciousness, to build up human-based environment, to satisfy the patient's primary need as well as feed back patient and family member's measures regularly. Result: Regard the belief of' Take the patients as centre' as the human-based nursing core, not only changed the nursing working routine which formerly did not adapt, moreover truly has also manifested human-based nursing to patient's care clinically. Conclusion: Human-based nursing may improve the nursing quality and patient' s degree of satisfaction, strengthens nurse's service consciousness and the initiative consciousness, reduces the nursing dispute.
