摘要
在机械零件设计中,安全系数法因为概念清晰、直观、易懂、使用方便,被广泛采用,然而安全系数的取值因人而异,有一定盲目性。机械可靠性设计是将可靠性理论引入到机械设计当中,可以根据零件的重要程度选取合适的可靠度设计零件。将传统机械设计中的安全系数引入到可靠性设计中,可以避免传统机械设计法的盲目性和保守性。以应力-强度干涉模型为基础,分析了当应力和强度服从不同分布时,机械零件的可靠度与平均安全系数的关系,提出了一种基于平均安全系数的可靠性设计方法。设计实例验证了该方法的优越性,为提高零件设计水平和节省制造成本提供了理论基础。
The safety factor method is still widely used in mechanical design up to now for easy, but it has many disadvantages compared with the reliability design. The reliability design introduces the reliability theory into mechanical design and conquers the blindness of the safety factor method due to different people may take diferent value of saftey factor. Based on stress-strength interference model, the relationship of average safety factor and reliability is derived when the distributions of stress and strength are subordinated to normal distribution or others, and then the reliability design method based on average safety factor is proposed. It is shown through example that the reliability design method is feasible and useful to improve the design level for mechanical parts and reduce their cost too.
