摘要
为分析间隙信号延时对系统稳定性的影响,并为实验过程中控制参数的调整提供方向,计算了间隙信号延时对控制参数稳定区域的影响.由于间隙信号的延时,位置反馈控制参数的稳定区域的下限增大,微分反馈控制参数的稳定区域的上限减小,从而使得系统控制参数的稳定区域减小,同时系统的动态性能变差.仿真结果验证了上述结论.
In order to analyze the influence of signal clearance delay on the system stability, and to offer direction to control parameter modulation during experiment, the influence of delay of gas clearance on control parameters' stable region is analyzed. Because of the signal clearance delay, the lower limit of the stable region of the position feedback control parameter is increased, the upper limit of the stable region of the derivative feedback control parameter is decreased, the stable region of the control parameters is reduced, and the dynamic performance is worsened at the same time. The conclusion is proved through simulation.
