摘要
目的研究凋亡相关基因Fas/APO-1和bcl-2在肾癌发生发展中的作用。方法采用免疫组织化学法对35例肾癌组织和26例远离肾癌的正常肾组织Fas/APO-1和bcl-2蛋白的表达进行检测。结果肾癌组织Fas/APO-1蛋白表达率为57.14%,明显低于正常肾组织中的表达率(84.62%,P<0.05),且表达强度也明显低下;而bcl-2蛋白表达率为80.00%,明显高于正常肾组织中的表达率(53.85%,P<0.05)。结论Fas/APO-1与bcl-2基因共同参与了肾癌的发生和发展。
Objective To investigate the role of Fas/APO1 and bcl2 in occurrence and progression of renal cell carcinoma. Method Immunohistochemisty method was used to detect the expression of Fas/APO1 and bcl2 protein in 35 cases of renal cell carcinoma tissues and 26 cases of normal renal tissues. Result The expression rate of Fas/APO1 protein in renal cell carcinoma tissues was 5714 %, significantly lower than that in normal renal tissues (8462 %) (P<005), and the intensity of expression was also lower. The expression rate of bcl2 protein reached 8000 %, much higher than that in normal renal tissues(5385 %)(P<005). Conclusion Both Fas/APO1 and bcl2 take part in the occurrence and progerssion of renal cell carcinoma.
