2001-2007年我院抗假单胞菌药物用量和肠杆菌科细菌耐药相关性分析 被引量:2

Correlations between the consumption of antipseudomonal agents and resistance in enterobacteriaceae from 2001 to 2007

摘要 目的:分析我院2001-2007年抗假单胞菌药物用量与肠杆菌科细菌耐药性的相关性,为临床合理使用抗菌药提供参考。方法:回顾性调查我院2001-2007年肠杆菌科细菌耐药率和常用抗假单胞菌药物的用量,进行相关性分析。结果:大肠埃希菌是我院分离的最常见阴性菌,对头孢他啶和头孢吡肟的耐药率逐年显著增加,头孢吡肟、美罗培南和哌拉西林/他唑巴坦的用药量明显增加,头孢他啶、阿米卡星和奈替米星的用药量明显降低,头孢他啶耐药的大肠埃希菌与头孢吡肟用量呈显著正相关(r=0.773,P=0.042)。结论:我院大肠埃希菌耐药性呈不断加重趋势,严格控制抗假单胞菌药物使用有助于控制肠杆菌科细菌耐药。 Objective: To investigate the correlations between the consumption of antipseudomonal agents and resistance in enterobacteriaceae from 2001 to 2007, and to provide useful information for rational use of antimierobial agents. Methods : The resistant rates of enterobacteriaceae from 2001 to 2007 and the consumption of antipseudomonal agents in Peking University Third Hospital from 2001 to 2007 were retrospectively analyzed. Results: Escherichia coli(E, coli) was the most common gram-negative bacteria. The resistant rate of E. coli to ceftazidime and cefepime increased significantly, the annual consumption of cefepime, meropenem and piperacillin-tazobactam also increased significantly, but the consumption of ceftazidime, amikacin and netilmicin decreased significantly. The resistant rate of E. coli to ceftazidime was positively correlated with the consumption of cefepime ( r = 0. 773, P = 0. 042). Conclusion : Increasing trends of resistant rates of enterobacteriaceae to most of the antimicrobial agents have been noted from 2001 to 2007 ; the strict use of antipseudomonal agents will be important to control the resistance in enterobacteriaceae.
