摘要
介绍了天津钢铁公司采用热机械控制工艺研制开发欧标S355系列高强度结构用钢板的全过程。针对S355系列不同钢级的要求,对成分及轧制工艺进行了相应的优化,成功轧制出了综合力学性能优良的S355系列高强结构钢板,厚度规格最厚达到60mm。成品的力学性能和金相组织表明其性能均匀稳定,完全满足欧标标准的要求。
The authors explain the entire procedure of researching and developing European Standard S355 series high strength structure plate by thermal mechanical control process at TISC. In order to meet the requirement by different grades of S355 series, the chemistry and rolling process are optimized and the said plate with good overall mechanical properties is rolled successfully, the thickness of which reaches 60mm. The mechanical properties and metallurgical structure of the finish product show uniform and stable properties, fully meeting European Standard.
