摘要
铌铁合金采用传统的化学分析方法耗时、分析速度慢、操作繁琐。采用硝酸、氢氟酸对铌铁合金样品在常温下消解,浓缩后加入溶剂熔融成型,用X射线荧光光谱法进行分析。该分析方法具有很好的精密度与准确度,测定结果快速准确,满足常规分析要求。
The conventional chemistry analysis method for ferrocolumbium analysis is time-consuming, slow and complicated operation. Nitric acid and hydrofluoric acid are adopted to resolve ferrocolumbium sample at ambient temperature. After concentration, the samples are melted to the required shape by adding solvent and X-ray fluorescence spectrometry is utilized for analyzing. This analysis method is precise and accurate with fast determination speed, and meets the routine analysis demand.
