摘要
研究了两批次Incoloy825合金晶间腐蚀性能的差异,分析了合金的微观结构,结果表明,TiC在晶界的析出导致材料耐晶间腐蚀性能变差。为了保证材料的耐晶间腐蚀性能,热加工过程中应在TiC的析出温度范围内进行反复变形,使TiC弥散分布在奥氏体晶粒内部,以保证材料耐晶间腐蚀性。
Difference between two batches of alloy Incoloy825 in intergranular corrosion performance is investigated. The mirero- structure observation manifests that it is TiC preupitated in crystal boundary brought a worse intergranular corrosion performance. In order to ensure the resistance intergranular corrosion performance, repeated deformation at TiC precipitation temperature is necessary in hot forming process to make TiC dispersed in the austenitic grains.
