摘要
目的:探索角膜移植存活受体的免疫机制。方法:在兔眼建立同种异体穿透性角膜移植模型,将动物分为角膜移植排斥组和存活组,然后分别在两组动物观察对原供体皮肤移植片的存活和原供体淋巴细胞诱导的迟发型超敏反应的影响。结果:与角膜移植排斥组相比,存活组不但对原供体皮肤移植片产生了延长效应,而且对原供体淋巴细胞诱导的DTH也产生了显著抑制作用。结论:存活的角膜移植受体针对移植抗原产生了前房相关的免疫偏离。
AIM:To explore the role of immune privilege mechanism in long term survival of corneal allografts.METHODS:The state of cell-mediated immunity in New Zealand rabbit that had accepted cornea grafts indefinitely,as well as rabbits that had rejected their corneal graft were observed.RESULTS:The skin grafts from original cornea donor survived longer in accepted recipient group than in rejected recipient group.Attempts to induce alloantigen-specific delayed hypersensitivity by subcutaneous injections of peripheral blood lymphocytes from original donors resulted in positive responses only in rejected recipients;accepted recipients failed to develop delayed hypersensitivity.CONCLUSION:Orthotopic corneal allografts accepted indefinitely by adult rabbits induced alloantigenically specific anterior chamber-associated immune deviation.The suppression of alloantigen-specific delayed hypersensitivity with accepted grafts plays a critical role in the success of grafted corneas.
