25例妊娠期糖尿病孕产妇的饮食营养干预 被引量:5

摘要 目的了解妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)孕产妇的营养状况,探讨饮食治疗对其围生期结局的影响。方法采用食物频率法对25例GDM孕产妇(治疗组)进行孕中期营养状况调查,并给予GDM饮食治疗。结果治疗组三大供能营养素中蛋白质供能比偏高,蛋白质、大部分维生素、铁、锌摄入量多,叶酸、碘摄入量少,与孕中期参考摄入量比较差异有统计学意义;治疗组除孕37周后的选择性剖宫产率高于非糖尿病孕产妇组外,其余并发症发生率和新生儿患病率差异均无统计学意义。结论GDM孕产妇的营养状况有待改善;在给予饮食治疗的同时,保证孕期适宜的体重增长,能有效控制孕妇的血糖,减少围生期并发症的发生。 Objective To learn the nutritional status of patients with gestational diabetes, and explore the influence of diet therapy on perinatal period. Methods Twenty five patients with gestational diabetes were investigated with food frequency method were given the GDM diet therapy. Results Of three nutrients in energy, protein gerenated the highest energy. The intake of protein, vitamins, iron, and zinc showed high, while the intake of folie acid and iodine showed low. The difference was statistically significant compared with those in mid-gestation period. The incidence of selective cesarean section in the obsvered group showed higher than that in the patients without diabetes, while there were no differences in terms of the rate of complications and neonatal morbidity. Conclusions It is necessary to improve the nutritions of patients with gesttational diabetes. We should pay attention to their weight during the therapy in order to effectively control blood sugar and reduce the incidence of complications in the perinatal period.
