摘要
以中国现代化进程较快的城市上海为例,从城市层面和大众视角力求对旧工业建筑,特别是旧厂房改造问题进行剖析,从旧工业建筑改造的实际状况出发,探索有效的,适合国内工业建筑改造问题的应对措施,提升现有旧工业建筑物的综合价值。
Taking the city of Shanghai for example, which is experiencing the relatively rapid process of urban modernization, from the perspective of the city and the viewpoint of general public, it is analysed the problems of the old industrial buildings, in particular, the key issues of the transformation of old factory buildings ; through analyzing the actual situation of their reconstruction, it is intended to find out the effective and suitable strategies for transformation of old factory buildings in China in order to enhance the integrated value of the existing old industrial buildings.
