摘要
在我国精品科技期刊的发展战略中采用数字对象标识符技术已经成为业界的共识。本文首先阐述了实施精品科技期刊数字对象标识符的基本运行管理模式,并论述了精品科技期刊数字对象标识符的编码规范和元数据框架,最后介绍了精品科技期刊数字对象标识符的注册、解析和中英文引文链接等实现过程。基于数字对象标识符实现精品科技期刊信息交流平台能够有效地实现与国际标准接轨,提高我国精品科技期刊的国际影响力。
It is common understanding of the journal circles that Digital Object Identifier （DOI） technology is used as the strategy to develop the top quality S ＆ T journals in China. The paper firstly expatiates the basic operation and management pattern in the implementation of DOI in the top quality S ＆ T journals, then discusses the coding specifications and metadata framework of DOI of the top quality S ＆ T journals. Finally, the paper describes the realization process of registration, resolution and Chinese and English citation linkage of DOI of the top quality S ＆ T journals. Building the information exchange platform of the top quality S ＆ T journals based on DOI can bring the top quality S ＆ T journals in line with the international standard and increase their international influence.
