摘要
建立了QY25汽车起重机车架的力学模型,确定了有限元分析的典型工况,利用ANSYS软件对车架结构进行了有限元分析,得到了应力分布和位移分布,为后续的结构改进和优化提供了理论依据。
Mechanical model of QY25 truck crane frame is established, typical finite element working conditions are determined, ANSYS is applied to the frame analysis, stress distribution and displacement distribution are given. This theoretical basis assists the improvement and optimum of the structure.
