摘要
针对目前煤气化污水化工流程处理过程的缺陷,提出一种更为合理的新污水处理过程。该过程分为脱酸脱氨和溶剂萃取脱酚2个步骤,脱氨工序的提前使得随后萃取废水的pH降低,提高了萃取效率。重点对加碱单塔汽提脱酸脱氨的热力学模型、工作原理、过程模拟进行分析。结果发现,加碱汽提能有效脱除污水中的固定氨,并且工业实际运行值与过程模拟值能很好的吻合。
Aiming at the problems in the present process of the coal-gasification wastewater, a novel more reasonable wastewater treatment process is presented in this paper. The new process includes two steps: (1)acid stripping and removal of ammonia simultaneously, (2) solvent extraction of phenols. Deamination step before extraction would decrease the pH value of wastewater flowing into the extraction tower, the extraction efficiency is improved. The thermodynamics model, operational principles and process simulations are analyzed on the stripping tower with alkali injection. The results show that fixed ammonia is effectively eliminated by injecting alkali into stripping tower, and the process simulation values are consistent with the operational values in real industry.
