摘要
目的:探讨甲状腺乳头状癌(PTC)组织S100A4和nm23H1基因蛋白表达与肿瘤侵袭转移的关系。方法:应用微波-链霉菌素-生物素(微波-LSAB)法检测69例PTC组织中S100A4和nm23H1蛋白的表达。结果:S100A4和nm23H1阳性率分别为76.8%和56.5%,伴有浸润和颈部淋巴结转移者S100A4阳性表达率均显著高于无浸润和无淋巴结转移者(P<0.05),而nm23H1表达阳性率则显著低于无浸润和无淋巴结转移者(P<0.05)。S100A4表达与nm23H1表达呈显著负相关(P<0.05)。结论:S100A4和nm23H1表达与PTC侵袭及转移密切相关,联合检测可作为判断PTC预后的参考指标。
Objective: To investigate the correlation of expression of S100A4 and nm23H1 protein with the potential of invasion and metastasis in papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC). Methods: The expression of S100A4 and nm23H1 protein in 69 cases of PTC were studied by microwave-labeled strept-avidin biotin immunohistochemical method (microwave-LSAB). Results: The positive rates of S100A4 and nm23H1 in PTC were 76.8% and 56.5% respectively. The positive rate of S100A4 expression in the patients with tumor invasion and lymphatic metastasis was significantly higher than that without tumor invasion and lymphatic metastasis (P〈0.05). But the positive rate of nm23H1 expression in the patients with tumor invasion and lymphatic metastasis was significantly lower than that without tumor invasion and lymphatic metastasis (P〈0.05). There was a negative correlation between S100A4 and nm23H1 expression in PTC (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Expression of S100A4 and nm23H1 protein is closely correlated with the invasive and metastatic potential in PTC. S100A4 and nm23H1 can be considered as prognostic indications for PTC.
