摘要
目的:分析某院口服心血管类药物的应用状况和发展趋势。方法:采用全额排序和应用频度分析法对某院2005～2007年口服心血管类药物的使用情况进行统计分析。结果:口服心血管类药物用药金额逐年上升,其中抗高血压药和调血脂药的使用增加明显。结论:该院口服心血管类药物的应用结构基本合理,但口服心血管类药物品种繁多,临床应用广泛,应安全、有效、经济地使用。
Objective： To investigate the use and development trend of oral cardiovascular drugs in one hospital. Methods： The application of oral cardiovascular drugs in one hospital from 2005 to 2007 was statistically analyzed by the consumption sum sequence and administration frequency means. Results： The consumption sum of oral cardiovascular drugs in one hospital rose yearly. Among them, the yearly consumption sum of the oral antihypertensive drugs and hypolipidemic increased obviously. Conclusion： The application of oral cardiovascular drugs in this hospital is rational basically, but the categories of oral cardiovascular drugs are complicated, so they should be used rationally and safely.
