摘要
对苦瓜汁、竹叶汁的提取工艺及饮料的生产工艺进行了探索,最终给出了苦瓜竹汁饮料生产的最佳工艺条件。
The authors studied the extraction technology of balsam pear juice and bamboo leaf juice and the production technique of the drink, and provided the optimum technological conditions for the production of the drink.
