摘要
近年来,大量FDI主要流入我国东部地区,对东部经济增长作用较为明显,而对广大西部地区作用较小。基于1999-2006年省际面板数据分析FDI对我国经济增长的影响。结果显示,FDI对中国经济增长有重要作用,但分布不平衡的FDI也加剧了东、中、西部地区经济增长的失衡。我国应继续大力吸引FDI以加快经济增长和经济结构优化,把部分FDI引向中西部地区,中西部地区应采取措施积极引进FDI以充分发挥技术进步对区域经济增长的作用,从而逐步缩小区域差距。
In recent years, a large number of major FDI inflow has been in China＇s eastern regions, with a smaller role of economic growth in the vast western regions in China. An analysis is made on the impact of FDI on China＇s economic growth based on inter-provincial panel data during the period 1999 -2006, showing that： FDI plays an important role in China＇s economic growth, but the uneven distribution of FDI is also exacerbated by the eastern, central and western regions of the imbalance in economic growth. It＇ s necessary for China to continue to attract FDI for accelerating economic growth, optimizing the economic structure, guiding a portion of FDI into the central and western regions. It＇ s compulsory for the central and western regions to take active measures for attracting FDI so as to give technological progress into full play in the role of regional economic growth, thus gradually narrowing the regional gap.
