摘要 医学生医德教育过程中倡导自我教育符合医学生心理发展特点,吻合高校人性化管理理念,既是适应网络时代发展和医德教育长期性的要求,也是培养创新医学人才的需要。自我教育要遵循医德教育规律,注重科学性、针对性、层次性、实践性,通过加强医德教育制度建设、建立和谐师生关系、唤醒医学生自主意识、重视医学生心理健康、创造良好校园文化氛围等方式方法进行。 During medical ethics education for medical students, we promote self- education with the idea of human -oriented university management. On the one side, it keeps with the requirements of time and the long - lasting characteristic of medical ethics education. On the other side, it also meets the need of cultivating top - notch talents with innovative ideas. Self- education should conform to the law of medical ethics education, which calls for us to place more emphasis on scientific, objective stratified, practical features of medical ethics education. By strengthening the construction of medical ethics education, establishing a harmonious communication between teachers and students, valuing mental health of medical students, we will surely arouse students ' independent thought and create a fine atmosphere on campus to realize self - education of medical ethics.
