摘要
针对门诊医疗过程中,在挂号、候诊、收费、取药等环节中存在的问题,通过门诊信息管理系统数据流程优化组合,结合电子显示屏导诊系统的应用,在门诊医疗活动中起到了优化就疗流程、指导病人看病的良好效果,为患者提供一个更加人性化的医疗服务环境。
In view of the problems about register, payment, line up to see a doctor and take a medicine in the current hospital outpatient service, the combinatorial optimization of data and process of the clinic information system is carried on, and combined with the application of lattice displaly of the provide medical advice system. This system not only provides a solution of optimization of the clinic process, but also a humanity medical advice environment for the. patients.
