摘要 研究了糠醛渣对水中亚甲基蓝的吸附去除性能,首先将糠醛渣进行预处理;然后在一组250mL碘量瓶中,分别加入50mL,50mg.L-1的亚甲基蓝溶液,再分别加入一定量的糠醛渣,进行静态吸附实验,测定亚甲基兰的去除率.结果表明:糠醛渣对水中亚甲基蓝的吸附在60m in基本达到平衡;在50mL,50mg.L-1的亚甲基蓝溶液中当糠醛渣用量为0.4g时,糠醛渣对水中亚甲基蓝的吸附去除率达到92.44%;温度对水溶液中亚甲基蓝的去除有一定的影响,糠醛渣对水中亚甲基蓝的吸附过程为吸热反应.平衡吸附量qe与平衡质量浓度eρ之间的关系符合Freundlich和Langmuir等温吸附方程所描述的规律. The adsorption performance of methylene blue from aqueous solution by furfural residue is studied. Firstly the as-received furfural residue is pretreated, then the static adsorption experiments are carried out by adding 50 mL aqueous solution with 50mg · L^-1 methylene blue and quantificational furfural residue into a series of 250 mL iodine measuring flask respectively, thus the removal efficiency of methylene blue in aqueous solution is determined. The results show that the adsorption of methylene blue on furfural residue reached equilibration by 60 minutes. The removal efficiency of methylene blue in aqueous solution on furfural residue of methylene blue achieved the 92.44% in 50mL 50mg· L^-1methylene blue aqueous solution with adding 0.4g furfural residue. The temperature has an effect on the removing of the methylene blue on furfural residue, and the adsorption of furfural residue to menthylene blue is decalescence reaction. The relationship between adsorbing capacity (qe) and equilibrium mass concentration (ρe) is in accordance with the isothermal adsorption equations of Freundlich and Langmuir.
